Truckers Go, being a drivers job board exchange guarantee that each driver will get a lot of opportunities to be hired only at reliable, trusted high-rated companies, eliminating your risks to work with untrustworthy companies and with fastest hiring process
The business didn’t have an “online face”, they only formally had an incorporated business and some customers and contact database.
The company didn’t have a branding, no web pages, no social media & important online accounts. So in this case after recruiters called to a Leads from Ad Campaigns or just doing call calling, they haven’t had an opportunity to represent their company correctly, and to transfer to their representative “online office” - website or social media pages. It influenced the lowest conversion rate and actually customers were spending money "to the air".
The solution aims to remove traditional barriers, such as using outdated methods of communicating that are still used in the US trucking industry, and total absence of digital marketing strategies for the trucking business, certainly for drivers hiring.
Our solution has to attract a new target audience, primarily interested in jobs with CDL, and provide it with a convenient automated service for hiring to Top-Rated companies, saving time for applicants and recruiters too.
UX/UI Design
Description
In the design were used the main colors of the logo, which keeps consistency with the branding of the company. Modern hover effects and fonts were used, which corresponds to the style of the company.
The font pair is a mix of minimalism and modernity, which is inherent to the automotive theme
