About
Truckers Go is a drivers job board exchange that provides truck drivers a lot of opportunities to be hired only at reliable, trusted high-rated companies, with the fastest hiring process, eliminating risks to work with deceitful companies.
The business didn’t have an “online face”, they only formally had an incorporated business and some customers, and a contact database. The company didn’t have branding, no web pages, no social media & important online accounts. So in this case, after recruiters contacted leads from Ad Campaigns or did cold calling, they had no opportunity to represent their company correctly, and to transfer results to their representative “online office” - website or social media pages. It resulted in the lowest conversion rates and, in fact, customers simply wasting money overall.
We designed the solution that aimed to eliminate or at least minimize traditional barriers that trucking businesses experience. TruckersGo now attracts its target audience, primarily interested in jobs with CDL, and provides a convenient automated service for hiring to Top-Rated companies, saving money for employers and time for both applicants and recruiters.

We created a web design that’s convenient for both truck drivers and recruiters, it’s easy-to-use for employers due to the simple and stylish color pallet and construction.

Social media
Truckers Go was pretty much absent online, meaning it had little to no activities on any web resources at all.
We have created and linked up profiles on different Social Media platforms for Truckers Go. We unified the company's style online and made its profiles look live and consistent.
Business automation
Manual input and human-driven data are identified as a major setback for businesses during its period of growth. This, business process automation has become a popular alternative that has no space for human error and can also carry out multiple business functions at the same time.

Ads management
We have been working with this project since its beginning. There was no analytics data about it. Our team did market research for this client analyzing competitors, potential users, appropriate platforms for this project and what needs to be done for it to succeed.

– Analytics systems like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel were created and set up;

– Ad campaigns in Facebook Ads for ‘cold’ and ‘warm’ audiences launched;
– Budget optimization of ongoing campaigns;

Statistics Ads
The monthly budget for Facebook ads was $1139. The ads were launched in order to attract new driver applications. We gained 35 481 impressions, reached 22 365 people and 153 real driver requests.
The cost per lead we managed to obtain was $7,4 which is quite a great result if compared to an average price for driver lead on the market that averages around $20 per lead.
The monthly Google Ads budget we spent is $2300. We generated 2330 clicks to the website, that led to 171 drivers applying for a job. That means the conversion rate we got is pretty high - 6,1%.
Such results are reached due to precise audience and message testing.
