About

What is the TMS?

We developed a user-friendly web-based application accessible to employees from various devices and locations. The role-based access control was implemented to secure sensitive data and functionalities. Our professional UX/UI designers created a responsive and intuitive user interface for easy navigation and data input. The system is customizable to match the specific needs and workflows of the transportation company aiming to use it. GPS and mapping services can be integrated to our TMS to track vehicle locations and optimize routes.

Problem

Trucking and logistics companies often face various challenges that a custom Transport Management System (TMS) can effectively address.

Solution

A TMS can help track vehicle maintenance schedules, identify potential issues before they become major problems, and schedule maintenance proactively. This can extend the lifespan of vehicles and reduce downtime.

What were the problems?
What was done!?

Fleet Management and Maintenance: Managing a fleet of vehicles is a tricky task, companies often have to use several programs to achieve their fleet management goals.

A TMS can help track vehicle maintenance schedules, identify potential issues before they become major problems, and schedule maintenance proactively. This can extend the lifespan of vehicles and reduce downtime.

Driver Productivity and Compliance: Ensuring driver compliance with safety regulations, hours of service, and company policies is a critical challenge.

A TMS can monitor driver performance, automate compliance checks, and provide tools for training and performance improvement.

Lack of Visibility: Many logistics companies struggle with a lack of real-time visibility into their operations.

A custom TMS can provide real-time tracking of shipments, allowing companies to keep customers informed about delivery status and respond to delays promptly.

Manual Data Entry: Tedious manual data entry is prone to errors and inefficiencies.

A TMS can automate data entry processes, reducing errors and freeing up employees for more strategic tasks.

Data Integration: Many logistics companies use various systems for different tasks, such as ERP, CRM, and financial software.

A custom TMS can integrate with these systems to centralize data and streamline processes, reducing redundancy and data errors.

Scalability: As companies grow, they need systems that can scale with them.

A custom TMS can be designed to accommodate the growth of the business and adapt to changing needs.

Regulatory Compliance: The trucking and logistics industry is subject to various regulatory requirements.

A custom TMS can incorporate compliance features, ensuring adherence to transportation regulations, tax codes, and safety standards.
