About
RFS was founded 9 years ago by drivers/dispatchers who have been in the industry for over 15 years and know all the ins and outs of drivers due to their own experience as drivers.
As many other trucking companies RFS Group Inc merely formally had an incorporated business, a few clients, and a contact database. The company had no "internet face." RFS Croup lacked branding, website, Social Media profiles, and other crucial online accounts.
The company’s recruiters didn't have a chance to properly represent their company after calling leads from ad campaigns or just cold calling. As a result it had the lowest conversion rates.
The approach attempted to eliminate conventional hurdles, such as the continued use of outdated communication techniques and the complete lack of digital marketing tactics, at least for hiring drivers.
We implemented the tools that enabled the automation of most recruiting processes in the company, developed a representative “online face” for it, and gave RFS Group guidelines on how to keep their conversion rate growing.

Description
We created a user-friendly stylish website for the company taking into account all the functionality RFS Group and its customers / drivers needed.
We used colors and fonts matching the logo and style of the company in order to create a complete online identity of the brand.

The business only had Instagram, which was poorly managed. This lack of online communication has left the company without the desired number of new leads coming. And generally left them without representative capabilities.
We created, linked and filled all crucial Social Media profiles for RFS Group taking into account their brand identity, goals and motives.

Statistics Ads
The Facebook ads were launched with the purpose of gaining job applications from truck drivers. The monthly budget spent is $1000. These ads reached 12 007 unique Facebook/Instagram users who saw the ads 30 788 times total. 162 real driver requests were generated, $6,12 was the cost per one application.
Google Ads budget we spent in monthly is $225. We always do our best to spend customer’s budget in the most effective way. The results we gained are 500 website clicks that ended up with 45 job requests from truck drivers. The conversion rate obtained was 9%. One driver application cost was no more than $5.
