About

What is BBAM Logistics?

BBAM Logistics is a Western Chicago suburban based dry van carrier that specializes in Haz-Mat shipments with a modern fleet of over 35 tractor trailer units and we travel to most states.

Problem

BBAM Logistics, like many other trucking firms, only had a registered brand, a few clients, and a contact database. There was no "online face". BBAM lacked branding, website, Social Media, and other critical internet accounts. After phoning prospects from ad campaigns or cold calling, the firm's recruiters didn't get a chance to adequately promote their organization. As a result, its conversion rates were low.

Solution

The strategy we implemented tried to overcome traditional barriers, such as the continuous use of antiquated communication methods and a complete lack of digital marketing efforts, at least for hiring drivers.

We set up a system that permitted the automation of most of the company's recruiting operations. We created a representative "online face," and advised BBAM Logistics on how to maintain their conversion rate improving.
